 Weak memory is often seen in young people these days. It is also common in old age. Memory becomes weak when a person is too childish or frightened or is affected by anger or shock or by reading too much.







• Grind Mankh Pushpi to make powder and mix half spoon Mankh Pushpi and 1

spoon honey in 250 grams of milk and take it in the moming.

• Soak ten grams of almonds in water and take out their pieces in the moming

and grind them well. Mix this in 250 grams of milk along with black pepper

and mix some black pepper powder and two spoons of honey in the milk (if it

is not curdled), along with this mix one spoon of green tea ghee in the milk

and consume it.

• Add 1 spoon of licorice powder in the milk of Prabarbadan tea and drink it.
